Umbrella Ministries: Sharing Our Story

So much has happened in the last two months.  I released my journal on June 30 and the response has been overwhelming.  I have received so many comments and email questions from people who want to know more. More about how GOd has worked. More about how they can respond to a death. More about how to survive their loss.  I am so devastated to see how many hurting families are looking for answers.

I have been asked to share our story at a very unique conference. The conference is in New Jersey on October 4-6, 2013. It is called Journey of the Heart. This is through a wonderful group for Mothers who have lost children, The group is called Umbrella Ministries because “We may not be able to make the sun shine for you…
but we can hold the umbrella”.

I am so excited to be able to share and also to be around other mothers who are struggling, healing and surviving the death of their child.  The deaths are from many different causes but we all have in common that we are mothers, we are missing our child and we know we want to reach out to someone else.

If you have any questions let me know.  There are carpools of ladies coming in from all over the East Coast and even the Midwest.

Please keep me in your prayers as I prepare to share God’s message! Many hugs!

  1. God continues to use you in a might way. I will pray for your conference in October, asking God to help the moms who are there.

  2. So much has changed this summer. We prayer is that God will get the glory this coming weekend. If our story can give hope to one person then it will be enough! Thank you!
